If your organization needs broader sharing rights, federation reporting, public media use, scouting distribution, or external platform integrations, those rights must be agreed separately in writing.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us host, process, analyze, secure, bill, support, or communicate about Sports AI services.
We may share information with your organization, club administrators, coaches, analysts, or other authorized account users according to account permissions and workspace settings.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, regulation, security obligations, protection of rights, fraud prevention, or a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not share identifiable sports data, athlete data, or generated outputs outside Sports AI apps for commercial resale without appropriate authorization or consent.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.
Retention periods may vary depending on account type, subscription status, workspace settings, contractual obligations, backup cycles, and the nature of the data.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.
No system is completely secure. Users and organizations are responsible for protecting account credentials, managing authorized access, and using appropriate permissions when sharing sports data.
